Systemic Constellations EMC Introductory Workshops
Herik Campos
“Ever wanted to ‘step outside’ – step outside and look in?
You will be amazed at how different a situation/problem can look when you are remote from it. With constellations you will see all the main players, even yourself. You will be guided in how to do this and helped to ‘see’. You will be amazed, you will be healed. It is life changing, educating and so very beautiful.” (A former participant)
Properly called “Systemic Constellations”, this is not astrology!! It is a method of gaining insight into the personal, familial and organisational challenges we face, and which are not addressable through other approaches.
The workshop will:
• Enable us to explore the invisible effects of the systems we are part of
• You will have an opportunity, to work with your own issue (if you wish)
• Develop your understanding of the practice and its possibilities
• Surface information from the ‘spiritual’ or ‘energetic’ field, which can be
profoundly liberating
Pioneered by Bert Hellinger’s synthesis of Gestalt, phenomenology and Zulu shamanism, over the last twenty years, it has brought release to family systems, organisations, people with health issues, and many other areas.
The workshop is suitable for people who want to experience this practice and for those who wish to deepen existing experience of constellations.

John Ferrabee is a fully registered and insured teacher of the Iyengar® Yoga Association. He is one of just a couple of hundred people in the UK, qualified and registered to teach this demanding but satisfying discipline.
His classes cover introductory levels 1 and 2, and intermediate levels 1,2 and 3 with classes for all levels of ability from raw beginners to experienced practitioners.
He also has an honorary contract with the National Health Service teaching yoga to sufferers of chronic lower back pain for whom conventional medicine has no answers.
John, who is a talented sportsman – he swam for the county and played rugby to a high level – came to yoga in 1988 whilst recovering from a serious car accident, which broke his legs, arms and ribs and punctured his lung. Yoga aided his recovery in a way drugs and physiotherapy did not and made him determined to pass on its benefits to others.
He then undertook a rigorous five year training programme, part of it at Pune in India the headquarters of the Iyengar Yoga Association, before gaining his teaching certificate in 1995.
John believes that anyone of any age and any level of fitness can benefit from yoga but especially sportsmen and women for whom it provides additional muscle strength and flexibility.
“Yoga is untainted by our modern way of life. It is an organic process that can help people cope with all aspects of modern living. Your joints, your spine, even your internal organs will be energised by the positions that yoga teaches,” he says.

Grounded in therapeutic Anubhava Yoga developed by Yogachara Dr Bhole – I look to encourage people to feel their physical bodies from the inside. Unraveling we can travel through the subtle bodies and experience deep healing and transformation. I like to include partner work in my sessions – it’s easier to go deep into asanas and it’s important that we open to give and receive support from each other. Much inspired by David Sye and Bill Wood I encourage folk to be more open and free with their yoga practice, to move with creative spirit and dance through asana. The body’s innate intelligence unravels held tensions easily and effortlessly. Further inspired by the brilliant Judith Lasater I also look to encourage deeply relaxing and healing Restorative Yoga practice.
I’m also offering a few Whole Health sessions (an intuitively guided mix of Therapeutic Yoga, Reflexology, Healing, Kinesiology, Hypnotherapy and NLP). Also Bach Flower Remedy dowsing – especially for the kids (including big ones)

Yoga Art Workshop for Sundara.
A lively drawing workshop. Working from a model in various yoga postures. The emphasis is on feeling the flow and enjoying the creative process, being present in the moment without being attached to the result. Drawing can become an active meditation- letting go of the conscious mind allows space for creative magic to manifest itself. Materials provided- bring a cushion to sit on, we will be seated on the floor… P.s. ANYONE CAN DRAW!
’Art can be a spiritual practice and yoga can be a creative art, they both require an element of discipline and the freedom of flow.’
Leah Robinson. Artist and creative project leader.
I have been making paintings, drawings and sculpture since graduating with a B.A. (hons) in fine art in 1998. I have lead one to one and group workshops for all ages in various aspects of the material arts, including: creative drawing and painting, life drawing, still life and mixed media collage. I am also involved in the use of art as part of sustainable recovery from mental health disorder.
My own studio practice is mostly based around yoga and the human form. I am inspired by the dynamic nature of the human body, its beauty, strength and flexibility.

Having started my yoga journey over twenty years ago, originally with Iyengar discipline, I came to love every type of yoga realising they all led to the same path anyway. In 2004 I spent a year in India immersed in the yogic traditions and lifestyle, learning an enormous amount along the way. Amongst other studies I completed three months Teacher Training in the Ashtanga Discipline with Masterji nephew of well renowned founder of Ashtanga Yoga Pattabhi Jois, who is truly an amazing spiritual being, raising consciousness for all humanity by his teachings. I have since then gone on to train in pregnancy and post natal yoga which has been enourmously rewarding. I am currently studying Kundalini yoga and have completed my Level 1 Teacher Training, and am currently undertaking my Level 2. I offer all these styles of yoga to anyone who is keen to step onto this amazing lifelong journey getting to know themselves for who they truly are. As I learn, so do my students. I hope to share everything I know with all of you who want to learn and may our journey of enlightenment together be a fulfilling one, shared with the love and passion and compassion I have learnt from the many teachers in my life including my amazing husband and children who have supported me without failing and without whom I would not have been able to dedicate so much of my time, putting in to practice what I whole heartedly believe to be the true way to live our lives, in peace truth simplicity and love.

Silence Speaks
“In silence she sat
In stillness she wept
Were the tears of joy or sorrow
Who would know
Were they not just a reminder of the vastness from once she came
Only to return home again
In silence she sat
In stillness she wept
Nothing changed
Nothing ever will
Wait… Listen…. Be Silent Be Still.”

Adrian and Helen also organise regular group meditation and sacred sound ceremonies and workshops in Avebury, Stonehenge and other sacred sites, with the intention to contribute to global healing, unity and upliftment.
About Peace Across the Planet
‘Peace Across the Planet’ is a new paradigm collaboration between the crystalline kingdom and humanity. The inspiration of Marilyn & Tohmas Twintrees (co-creators) PxP has stood 17 large Shiva Lingam stones like acupuncture needles on the Earth, tapping into the energy grids and anchoring our human intent for peace. These Shivas stand up to 9 feet high, mostly in the USA but also in Canada, Japan and one here in the UK. Each Shiva has a human caretaker or intent holder who organises regular meditation gatherings around the Shiva, to anchor the group intent. When Tohmas and Marilyn listened to the crystalline grid, they were given the following equation:
“Right now, one person standing in unconditional love and acceptance is stronger than over 300,000 people standing in fear.”
The power of this is increasing, day by day and month by month. You are lovingly invited to join with us and bring your unique piece/peace to this global network of intent.

Tom was born in New Zealand into a totally musical environment.
His parents were masters of their respective art in western classical music, and his 2 older brothers both talented rock musicians.
From the age of 4 Tom drummed on everything in sight, cutlery drawers, pots and pans…. He studied piano with his mum and he learned violin for many years at school.
Drums were always Toms main love however, and he finally got a drum kit when he was 12.
After playing in bands in New Zealand, Tom moved to London in 1991 and started studying tabla with the master Shib Shankar Ray. Tom became a disciple of Shibji and lived with him for a big part of nine years. To live with your Guru outside India is very rare and Tom is very grateful to have spent so much time with a true master of tabla.
He has played all over the UK and Europe with bands like Goma, Dragonsfly, Craig Pruess, Krishna Das, Bhagwan Das to name a few.
Tom met Gopal Hari and Ambika, the singers of the Band Goma in 1995 and joined them for 12 years in 1996.
It was through this that Haidakhan BABAJI came into Toms life.
Babaji has totally shaped Toms musical world, and he feels truly blessed to have Babaji as his bhakti Guru.
He feels privileged to be of service to humanity through music.
He runs the sound systems at bhakti/yoga events in the UK and Europe.
Over the past 12 years Tom has been producing devotional/holistic CD’s and running Kirtan retreats at his home in Gloucestershire.

I have been a practitioner for over 25 years and run a very successful Clinic and online Health Business and have trained in many therapies, but what works for my clients is combination of what I call the Mind, Body, Spirit approach or The Trinity, as one cannot work without the other.
To heal the body I use Advanced Bowen Techniques and Niromathe, to heal the Mind, I am a Kinesiologist and Bio Resonance Practitioner, but use Kinesiology to access the body/mind and deal with those outworn belief systems/fears and emotional bonds that hold us back, to deal with the Spiritual aspect of the Trinity, I have just finished training as a Master Bio Energy Healer with The Institute of Divine Potential, under the auspices of Christ of Melchizedek, a Barbara Brennan School of Healing Graduate ,and I use 15th Dimensional Frequency Codes to re calibrate and re tune our energy bodies.
At the camp I hope to use a number of these treatments and techniques to help you re calibrate, re tune and re balance your body, mind and spirit.

Traveling on this amazing journey of life I have studied, and experienced many forms of healing and I am always incorporating these into my own practice, I have always had a passion for sound and the effects it has on the body and have worked with crystal bowls for some time now. When I first had the chance to play the gongs at a ceremony in Avebury henge, I decided that I really needed to follow this path because it felt so inspiring and healing. I started training with the amazing Mark Swan and had an incredible journey of self-healing, I how have 5 Paiste planet gongs which I use for sound work and mediation incorporating this with other forms of therapies as needed.

Based on the principle that certain points or ‘reflexes’ in our feet and hands correspond with each and every part of our body, the holistic practice of Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that helps relieve stress and tension, aids sleep, improves mood, enhances general wellbeing and encourages restoration of your body’s natural balance by massaging specific reflex points. Reflexology also promotes good circulation, improves and unblocks nerve impulses, and most importantly it gives us time and space to be heard.
I practice the Ingham Method of reflexology, developed by Eunice Ingham in the 1930’s who is know as the Grandmother of reflexology. Most forms of western reflexology have grown out of her teachings. I am very interested in how the mind and body work together and find reflexology the perfect medium for connecting with people to help them on their healing journeys.
The Blackdown Hills in Devon is where I live. I work from home in Dunkeswell as well as from the Healthy Living & Activity Centre in Hemyock and the Haven Centre in Honiton and I also carry out Home Visits.

The founder member of the Animated CountrysiderZ, Philbert is the pioneer of the Popping dance scene in Wales and is now currently spreading this amazing dance style around World. He specializes in teaching & performing this unique style of dance called Popping which originated in California in the late 70’s. From a young age Philbert was inspired to dance by Michael Jackson and footage of street dancing on T.V but living in a small countryside village in south Wales he found there was no one teaching this style of dance in Wales. His hunger to learn lead him to travelling the world where he met & learnt off popping legends including Alex “Mechanikool” Peters, Pop N Todd, Popping Jack, Uncle funk, James Painting, Greenteck & Waveomatic. Recently he has also been lucky enough to travel to California where Popping was created to be personal taught by Popping legend and Michael Jacksons personal teacher for 20 years Pop N Taco. Philbert is now passing on all his knowledge, skills, love & passion for the dance to anyone with the will to learn by teaching weekly classes, one off workshops & hosting dance events with some of the world best dancers.

A Compassionate Revolution- Why and How!
Why a Compassionate Revolution?
Because deep down we all know the dominant system we live in does not serve the majority, failing to provide even the basics of life – food, clean water, clean air, and shelter for millions of people.
Because deep down it does not serve this beautiful miracle called Planet Earth, upon which we are all dependent on and interdependent with. We are heading for a planetary Fry-up. The Alarm bells are ringing.
Because a revolution without Compassion, without the inner, personal change, as history has shown, often leads to a repetition of the domination of the few, those with power and control of resources, over the many.
Because coming together with others, sharing our voices and our vision, is the antidote to overwhelm, despair, and powerlessness.
How can we enable a Compassionate Revolution and what part could you play?
Revolutions can be designed- a process of building confidence and a strategy to escalate is underway! Gail will discuss the importance of collective action, the use of “conditional commitments” (pledging actions if others join in) and embracing our spirits of peaceful mischief!
Gail Bradbrook is an economic justice campaigner and compassionate revolutionary. She runs a charity focussed on universal access to the internet, is a Mum and has a PhD in Molecular Biophysics. Here’s Gail talking about economics and the need for a different kind of economy.
