Matt Hopwood is a Storyteller and a facilitator of sharing spaces. In 2012 he founded the project A Human Love Story. A Human Love Story believes that love stories, through a shared experience, can help build compassion and understanding amongst individuals and across communities and nations. Matt’s work with A Human Love Story focusses on providing a safe space for anyone and everyone to be deeply heard, to tell the story of who they are and to share how they have experienced connection and love. Many of these stories are recorded and have been shared all around the world in over 50 countries and across every continent. A Masters graduate in Applied Anthropology at Goldsmiths University he has also worked alongside community projects in Kenya, Palestine and Israel. In addition to his work with storytelling Matt collaborates with his wife, exploring the transformative power of sound in health.
