Laughing Dragon QI Gung. Forest of Dean

No previous experience required.

Qi Gung is often described as a moving meditation. It includes breath work, gentle body movements with subtle energy activation to bring the Mind Body and Spirit closer together and into a more cohesive whole.

There are over 5000 different types of Qi Gung. I follow the 5 element practice which lives and integrates nicely with Shiatsu, Acupuncture, Acupressure, Kinesiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I have been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gung for about 25 years and it has served me well to maintain a good standard of health and suppleness.

I believe fun is so important and often overlooked in todays practice, I enjoy keeping the lesions light and joyful
