Rob has been teaching yoga with meditation for 30 years across the country and currently lives and teaches in Bristol. His special interest is in the way mindfulness and meditation unfolds naturally and easily from physical (or Hatha) yoga, so his workshops will focus on that: asana, pranayama and meditation as a means to awakening consciousness. Everyone is welcome, there is no need to be an expert meditator, this workshop will be suitable for beginners as well as established practitioners.
Rob will be offering
- Full Spectrum Yoga: a natural blend of physical Yoga, with mindfulness and meditation.
- ‘Who am I?’ Gnana Yoga (self enquiry) and yoga philosophy: This will involve some sharing, philosophy, discussion, breath-work and contemplation/meditation.
